East Jordan Portside Arts & Historical Museum 1787 N. M-66, East Jordan, (on south arm of Lake Charlevoix, swimming &
picnics). Features artifacts from area's colorful by-gone days and collections in the Cygred Riley Art Gallery. Annual Art Fair 1st weeknd in

Old Mormon Print Shoo Museum in St. James built by King Strang in 1850. The Marine Museum is an authentic net shed
from 1906, and Doctor Protar's Home portrays his life.
Museum Week: July 14-19 presents lectures, shows and concerts. Facilities open daily in
summer, 11 to 5, Sun. 11 to 2. Admission for all sites: $3 adults, $1 for children.

Charlevoix Historical Society operates the Harsha House Museum at 103 State Street, Charlevoix
- one block w. of Bridge St. The historic home is
filled with artifacts, Bob Miles collection of 10,000 photos, art, and a research library
of local families. Open Mon. Sat.,1 to 4, June to Labor Day; Tues - Sat, rest of year.
